![]() I set it to true and loaded the game and voila the scattering options were now enabled, and toggling them made a visual change, so I had a slight play with the settings and enabled a couple of shadow and sky lighting options and hit apply or save, I forget which, but my settings reverted back all the ones I had enabled had become disabled including the scattering options. So it seemed you were right at first, I checked and UseDefferedRendering was set to false. I'm running Oldrim with a lot of other mods but I can't imagine what else could be causing this behavior and I'm hoping that it'll be obvious to somebody what's going on, despite a lot of fruitless google searching on my end. I also noticed on the FIX section FixSubsurfaceScattering is greyed out but enabled, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be like this, a few other options are greyed out as well. Toggling the setting doesn't change anything visually so it doesn't seem to be working at all. ![]() I have the Skyrim Particle Patch files installed correctly and the rest of the effects seem to be working fine. I set EnableSubsurfaceScattering to true and apply or save, but it switches back to false instantly. I can't actually enable it under effects. I've been struggling to get Subsurface Scattering to work, though. ![]() ![]() So after many years I discovered ENB Series and decided to give it a go and wow, it's amazing! ![]()
